Questions about pets, persons with disabillities and assistance persons
Are kids allowed to travel on their own without adults?
Children up from their 6th year of age can travel with DeinBus.de without parental guidance. DeinBus.de cannot take care of children or guarantee for any supervision, tough. We recommend to give your child a mobile to take with him. In case of traffic jams and the like, your child can inform it´s collectors.
ATTENTION: Please note that all children younger than 18 years have to carry a declaration of consent if they want to travel from or to Prague. Children younger than 16 years travelling from or to Prague also need to be accompinied by an adult.
Are there any child seats on bord?
Unfortunately our busses do not bring any child seats with them, but you are welcome to bring your own seats for your child. All busses are equipped with two-point seat belts, so please check if your child seat can be secured with these typ of belts. You can use booster seats as well.
Do you offer any discounts for children, students or pensioners?
Children can travel for a reduced price with DeinBus.de. Children up to their 15th birthday benefit from a 50%-discount on every fare (e.g. online or cash at the driver´s) when they are accompanied by an adult. Unaccompanied children pay the full price. Fees for bulky bagage, cancel fees etc will not be reduced by the children's fare.

What conditions does DeinBus.de offer to disabled people?
For disabled people and their assistance person the following conditions apply: The disabled person can travel for free if she/he owns a pass for severly disabled people as well as the token which you can get at the maintenance council. If a "B" for assistance is shown in the pass, the assistance person can also travel for free.
Guide dogs, if indicated in the pass, can be conveyed free of charge in the passenger compartment as well as orthopaedic devices.
It is nessacary that you send us an e-mail to info@DeinBus.de up to 72 hours before departure with a scan of the severely disabled person’s pass with entitlement to an assistance person that will accompany you on the journey for free. Otherwise you will be asked to pay the normal fare.
ATTENTION: These conditions do not apply for all trips from and to Prague. On these routes the normal fare has to be paid.
Do you charge buggies, baby carriages and wheelchairs?
Of course we transport buggies, baby carriages and wheelchairs without any extra fee. This also includes other orthopaedic devices, guide and assistance dogs and an assistance person (valid documents required). You have to register it through our contact form in advance. We check if there is enough storage space available in the bus and contact you. Please note, that we cannot transport electric wheelchairs
Can I take my pet with me?
Bad news for cats, dogs and pet lovers: Unfortunately animals are not allowed to travel on board or in the uncomfortable and dark baggage compartment of DeinBus.de – a decision that was not easy to make, especially out of consideration for people suffering from an allergy pets are not allowed.
Guide or assistance dogs are excluded from this regulation. We kindly ask you to give us a notice in advance, that you like to take your guide or assitance dog with you (for example via contact form up to 72 hours before departure with a scan of the severely disabled person’s pass on which your guide dog should be also registered).
Are guide and assistance dogs allowed to stay in the passanger compartment?
Guide and assistance dogs, if indicated in the pass, can be conveyed free of charge in the passanger compartment.
