Questions about change and cancel of bookings
I cannot participate the journey. How can I cancel my booking?
Bustickets can be cancelled up to 15 minutes before departure. We will then refund you the amount of the busticket minus a cancellation fee of 3,00 €.

How can I change or rebook my journey?
At DeinBus.de you can change your bustrips for free up to 15 minutes before departure.
To change your DeinBus.de-busride you can just book a new trip at www.DeinBus.de. Please then contact our customer service via contact form or via mail (info@DeinBus.de) and provide us your original and new booking number. We will then refund you the full ticketprice of your original ticket.
